We provide a detailed and extensive defects survey, including photographic evidence and descriptions of each defect, making it easy to share with your developer. Your fully comprehensive home report will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your inspection being carried out.  We operate completely paperless to reduce our environmental impact

We recommend having your new home snagging inspection carried out as soon as possible after completion. However, you can have an inspection carried out at any time within the first two years of your NHBC warranty.

The duration of your inspection will primarily depend on the size and type of your property, as well as the number of defects identified. On average, inspections take between 5 to 8 hours.

You can pay via bank transfer, PayPal or cash on the day of the inspection prior to receiving your home inspection report.

Yes, We are happy to accommodate an amendment to your original inspection date at no additional cost. However, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled inspection. Please note that the inspection date can only be amended once.
